EAFF Celebrates 10 Years of Amputee Football in Europe

In 2025, the European Amputee Football Federation (EAFF) proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary – a milestone marked by pride, gratitude, and a strong vision for the future.

Since its foundation in 2015, EAFF has become the driving force behind amputee football in Europe. What began as a bold vision has grown into a thriving network of over 20 national teams, thousands of players, dedicated volunteers, and a passionate community united by the power of sport.

Over the past decade, we have celebrated numerous achievements together:

For national teams, EAFF has provided not only international competition, but also visibility, structure, and a shared platform for countries to develop and elevate their amputee football programs. From grassroots initiatives to major tournaments, nations across Europe now stand stronger and more united than ever.

For clubs, the establishment of continental competitions like the Champions League has opened the door to a new era of professionalism and ambition. Local clubs are now part of an international stage where players showcase their talent, represent their cities, and connect with the broader amputee football family.

This 10-year anniversary is not only a celebration of what we’ve achieved – it is a tribute to the people who made it possible. To the players, coaches, volunteers, partners, and fans: thank you for your passion and belief.

We are proud of the journey so far – and even more excited for what’s to come. The next chapter of amputee football in Europe starts now.
