Sum up of year 2025

We began 2025 with a special milestone — the EAFF Congress combined with the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the EAFF establishment. It was an important moment to reflect on our journey and set the direction for the future.
Throughout the year, EAFF & amputee football were present at UEFA events, strengthening cooperation and visibility at the European level:
- UEFA Congress in Zurich
- UEFA Youth Champions League Finals, together with the UEFA Foundation and Football Is More
- UEFA Safeguarding Workshop in Copenhagen
- UEFA Fan Festivals in Munich, Wrocław, and Bilbao
- EAFF children were invited as player escorts at the UEFA Conference League Final in Wrocław
Together with our member federations, we successfully organized four Nations League tournaments, working with both first-time hosts and experienced organizers.
In total, over 247 players participated in EAFF competitions this year (link to LinkedIn).
With eight clubs from EAFF federations, we successfully delivered the 6th edition of the EAFF Champions League, continuing to raise the sporting and organizational standards of the competition.
In cooperation with WAFF and TBESF, we organized the 3rd Women’s Camp, bringing together more than 40 girls. The camp once again demonstrated the strong potential for growth and development of women’s football within our community.
Thanks to the creation of the EAFF Referees Working Group, four referees’ workshops were held during EAFF events. New referees were recruited, and EAFF referees also took part in WAFF events as coordinators (add link).
2025 was an intensive and successful year for EAFF.
With strong cooperation and growing experience, we are ready for 2026.
